Regulatory actions / enforcement history for an operator (paginated)
GET /v1/operators/{slug}/regulatory-actions
Fines, suspensions, revocations, settlements and public warnings recorded against the operator across jurisdictions — newest first by default. This is the enforcement-history signal for KYB / reputation scoring; it is intentionally NOT embedded in the operator-detail response (GET /v1/operators/{slug}), so fetch it separately. An empty list means we hold no action linked to this operator — not proof of a clean record: we read the UKGC, MGA and Curaçao enforcement publications, and not every action in them is matched to an operator. _meta.note says so in the response itself, and _meta.sources_read lists the publications.
Authorizations
Section titled “Authorizations ”Parameters
Section titled “ Parameters ”Path Parameters
Section titled “Path Parameters ”The operator’s slug, from /v1/operators/search or a /v1/check match’s operator_slug. Case-insensitive.
Query Parameters
Section titled “Query Parameters ”Ordering. amount_desc sorts by fine size (null amounts last).
Responses
Section titled “ Responses ”Paginated regulatory actions for the operator.
object
What the list covers. Quote note when you report an empty list: it is not a clean record.
object
One paragraph: which publications we read, that an action is linked to an operator only when the publication names an entity we can match, and — on an empty list — that this is not a clean record.
The enforcement publications the list is read from.
